Please arrive to the tour bus 10-15 minutes prior to listed departure time.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early for the Holiday Lights Tour due to heavy traffic around the Mall of America during the holiday season.
9:30 a.m. Marriott City Center/Radisson Plaza - Seventh Street Marriott side
9:40 a.m. Hilton - 11th Street entrance
9:45 a.m. Hyatt Regency/Millennium - Nicollet Mall Hyatt side
10:30 a.m. Mall of America Transit Station (east side / lower level)
If you are taking your tour from Mall of America, parking is available in the East and West parking ramps. The Transit Station is located on the lower level of the East ramp. If you are departing from a downtown hotel, you can park in the nearest parking ramp to the hotel and wait at the hotel’s assigned pick-up location. Please check in with the Concierge to let them know you’re planning to pick up the tour.
Twin Cities Highlights & Holiday Lights Tours: Children 5 and under are free on the when not occupying a paid seat Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.
Minneapolis Tour & Mississippi River Cruise: Children 2 and under are free on the when not occupying a paid seat Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.
Stillwater Fall Colors Tour: Children 3 and under are free on the when not occupying a paid seat Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour to receive a refund. Holiday Lights Tours require that you cancel 7 days prior to the tour date. No refunds will be given if canceled less than 7 days prior to the tour date.
